Ministry Health Care in Milwaukee, and Wheaton Franciscan of Wheaton, Illinois, jointly sponsor Affinity Health System. The sisters' tradition of caring for people in our region began a century ago.

Affinity Health System Organizational Structure:
Affinity Medical Group
Formerly La Salle Clinic, Affinity Medical Group's roots date back to 1938. The group has grown to include 22 clinics located in Clintonville, New London, Appleton, Winneconne, Kaukauna, Menasha, Greenville, Little Chute, Neenah, Chilton, Oshkosh, Kiel and Ripon. It is now the largest multi-specialty group practice in the region, with nearly 200 physicians and other medical providers, and is the fifth largest in Wisconsin.
Calumet Medical Center

Calumet Medical Center has a 50-year history of serving the communities of Calumet County and surrounding areas, reaching into Fond du Lac, Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties. It is the only hospital in Calumet County. The Affinity Medical Group Chilton clinic and The Children's Center daycare and preschool are also conveniently located on the Calumet Medical Center campus. With specialty services in cardiology, OB/GYN and orthopedics, quality care is located care close to home.
Mercy Medical Center

Mercy Medical Center proudly serves the Oshkosh community with a history of more than a century of quality care. Our facility provides total health care, including emergency/trauma care and surgical services as well as many medical specialties such as cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, intensive care, obstetrics and neurosurgery. Mercy is the home of the Kennedy Center for the Hip and Knee, a nationally recognized program for hip replacement. With 157 patient beds and more than 300 medical staff, Mercy Medical Center treats patients with dignity and compassion.

Affinity Occupational Health helps businesses in Northeast Wisconsin offer health-related programs to employees. Our services benefit both workers and employers, including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counseling, rehabilitation, on-site evaluations and more.
St. Elizabeth Hospital

For more than 100 years, St. Elizabeth Hospital has been a leader in providing quality health care to Fox Valley residents, especially the medically underserved. The hospital meets a broad variety of patient needs through general care, surgical services and numerous medical specialties including cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, emergency, intensive care and obstetrics. With 352 licensed patient beds and more than 420 skilled medical staff, St. Elizabeth Hospital offers complete, compassionate, quality health care for the entire family.
