About Us
Cardoni Waddell, LLC is the product of a 1999 merger between two long-established CPA practitioners from Columbia - Mr. Robert Cardoni and Mr. Edward Waddell. As a result of this merger, Cardoni Waddell became one of the largest CPA firms in Columbia. While we service clients located throughout the Country, many of our clients are located in the Baltimore/Washington corridor and the Northern Virginia areas.
Currently, our firm has four principals: Robert L. Cardoni, Edward L. Waddell and Gregory S. Schuessler and Michael K. Shelby. The professional backgrounds for each can be found in our "Executive Team" section.
Our firm provides high quality accounting, tax, financial and related specialty services to individuals and the closely-held business community. Many of our individual clients are high-income, high net-worth people who require excellence in both service and professional credentials. The same can certainly be said for our business clients, many of whom are successful, self-made entrepreneurs.
While our firm services a wide variety of industries, we have particular experience with manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional service industry, construction and real estate development, restaurants, medical practices and non-profit organizations.

PEER REVIEW - OUR SEAL OF APPROVAL
The firm is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA Division for CPA Firms. All members must undergo periodic peer reviews in which established professional standards and practices, as applied to a number of engagements selected for testing, are reviewed. Any deviation from acceptable standards is cause for a qualified, or "imperfect", peer review report. Therfore, we are proud to announce that, as a result of our most recent peer review, the reviewers issued an unqualified report, which affirms our firm's compliance with the CPA profession's most rigorous practice standards.
We are proud of this achievement and want our clients to know that they can continue to expect our firm to meet the high standards that are set, not only by our professional peers, but by our clients, as well.
