Our firm has a rich history in Waco and the surrounding Central Texas area. Jaynes, Reitmeier, Boyd & Therrell, P.C. traces its history to A. C. Upleger & Co., which was formed in 1913. (As a historical note, A.C. Upleger was licensed as the 42nd CPA in the State of Texas.) A.C. Upleger & Co. continued to grow through various mergers, the latest of which was with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987. Two years later the partners of the Waco office of KPMG Peat Marwick purchased the Waco practice and created the firm of Jaynes, Reitmeier, Boyd & Therrell, P.C. We enjoy excellent relationships with the national firms and our fellow pace setters in the industry. The firm is currently a member of the BDO Seidman Alliance.

The quality of JRBT is highlighted by the results of its Quality Control Reviews. The firm has received an unqualified opinion with no letter of comments on its Quality Control Reviews since its founding.
