Northern Hills Area CASA
The Northern Hills Area CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate) Program is a 503-c nonprofit organization located in Spearfish, SD. NHCASA recruits, trains, and provides case management for community volunteers who are appointed by judges to advocate on behalf of children involved in the court system due to abuse and neglect. NHCASA covers the eight-county area of South Dakota's 4th Judicial Circuit, which includes Butte, Lawrence, Meade, Harding, Perkins, Corson, Dewey and Ziebach counties.
