QORE Property Sciences, an employee-owned and employee-managed consulting firm, was founded over 30 years ago. The company is listed in the top 200 of ENR's Top 500 Design Firms. We have 30 offices in 8 southeastern and central states and support clients nationwide. We provide engineering consulting in the geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities fields. QORE has 500 engineers, scientists and technicians. Our consulting engineering capabilities include explorations, testing, analysis, design, property assessments, construction and operations/ maintenance support. Since our founding in 1969, QORE has completed tens of thousands of successful projects and over 80 percent of those projects have been repeat business from satisfied clients or from referrals. One of the important reasons for high client satisfaction is that senior people don't move into purely management or administrative roles but they continue to use their expertise and experience on project work for clients. Every employee is encouraged to become an owner in the firm through our Stock Ownership Plan.
