St. Vincent Hospital / Green Bay, WI
Our History:
A Heritage of Healing In 1888, four sisters in the Third Order of St. Francis -- with humble resources, but an abundance of faith -- began a healing mission among the people living in the Green Bay area. Their vision was a hospital built on charitable principles, but employing the finest medical practices of the day.
Today, St. Vincent Hospital has grown well beyond the sisters' early vision, emerging as a major healthcare institution. St. Vincent Hospital is a member of the Hospital Sisters Health System, one of the largest private healthcare systems in the United States. The heritage of healing so cherished by the four sisters continues. St. Vincent Hospital is dedicated to providing personalized healthcare to all patients. It's a dedication the staff sums up in four simple words: Care, Joy, Respect, Quality.
