A credit union is a not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution founded to encourage member savings and make loans available at reasonable rates. Elevations Credit Union and democratically controlled by our members. Because our emphasis is on service, not on profits, Elevations Credit Union can offer members better rates, fewer fees, and a full range of quality financial products in a personalized environment.
Over 57,000 members strong, Elevations Credit Union was recently honored with its second straight Daily Camera Boulder County Gold Award for Best Financial Institution.

Elevations Credit Union cares about its members, but we also care about our employees. We offer these benefits to help take care of our staff.
- Medical Benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are available to employees after 30 days of employment. We offer several plans to choose from, based on your and your families needs, so you can choose what's right for you. A Flexible Benefits Account is available for employees, allowing money for anticipated health and dependent care premiums to be set aside on a pre-tax basis.
- 401K Capital Accumulation Plan - "CAP" is a deferred compensation plan designed for the purpose of saving for your retirement. Contributions are made by an employee on a tax-deferred basis. An employee can contribute 1-17% of their salary. All employee contributions and earnings are 100% vested at all times. Employer contributions will be subject to a three year vesting schedule. Employer matching will be with the first dollar contributed and will be a uniform 50% match up to a maximum 6% employee or 3% employer.
- Vacation/Holiday and Sick Leave - Employees start earning time off after they are employed for 30 days. A Full-time employee will earn 8 hours of vacation and 6 hours of sick time a month. The credit union also has 10 paid holidays. Each employee also receives two personal days a year.
