History
Williams & Fudge, Inc., was founded in 1986 by Gary Williams and Neil Fudge with the purpose of serving the higher education community. With a combined total of 29 years of collection experience they sought to create an agency that would emphasize personal service to each client. In November 1991, Gary Williams purchased the stock of Neil Fudge to become the sole stockholder and remains so today.

This is not just a slogan. We realize that client relationships are very important. At Williams & Fudge, we believe that student loan management and collections should be a partnership between the institution and the collection agency. From our president to our newest employee, we respond quickly to our customer needs. Our service representatives visit your campus several times each year. We are an extension of your office, and we will listen and respond to your needs. All of our clients have the ability to communicate with any member of our organization via telephone and E-mail.

Williams & Fudge, Inc. does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. For example, such personally identifiable information may be obtained from the contact page or to pay on an account.
The foregoing policies are effective as of Jan. 1, 2001. Williams & Fudge reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying users of the existence of a new privacy statement. Security Statement
Williams & Fudge understands that the security of your personal and account information is important to you. We also understand that our continued success as a collections agency relies on both our ability to offer services to you in a secure manner as well as your responsibility in keeping any access codes and passwords secure. To assist us in offering these Web-based services in a secure manner, we employ a number of measures which are described below. These measures allow us, among other benefits, to properly authenticate your identity when you access these services and protect your information as it traverses the Internet between your PC and Williams & Fudge.
Many of the services we provide on this Web site utilize access codes (e.g., ID and password).
To further protect you, a timeout feature is often used. This feature will automatically log you out of your current service session after an extended period of inactivity on our site.
Williams & Fudge also requires the use of secure browsers to protect you while you access our client services area or payment forms. More specifically, the personal and account information that flow back and forth between your PC and Williams & Fudge must be encrypted while in transit - secure browsers are how we achieve this level of protection. Encryption is the process of scrambling information (typically for data transmission) so that it can only be reassembled in its original clear text format by someone who has the correct encryption key to do so. When used between you and Williams & Fudge, this technology encrypts your personal information as you send it to us, which only Williams & Fudge can decrypt. Likewise, when we send personal or account information to you, this technology encrypts it, which then only you can decrypt.
System and application activity logs are another mechanism Williams & Fudge uses to protect our systems and your information. These logs are reviewed regularly and any anomalies or discrepancies are investigated thoroughly.
