RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide MS Project Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) support to PMA 213. Construct, maintain and manage PMA213 Integrated Master Schedules. Coordinate across programs, managers, technical personnel, OEMs, field, and sustainment activities to insure alignment and continuity with task data, schedules, resourcing, and interdependencies. Support technical and management meetings with process and product teams to provide IMS support and incorporate any changes, deletions, or additions. Coordinate and provide schedule related information and briefing materials for management and technical personnel with the PMA213 briefs coordinator. Provide IMS subject matter expert advice and assistance to management and competency managers and technical personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum of ten (10) years experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline. Requires understanding of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the relationship of the WBS to the IMP/IMS. Requires proficiency and a high level of experience in the application of standard scheduling practices using MS Project for ACAT and Non-ACAT programs. Eight (8) additional years experience directly relating to program analysis can substitute for degree requirement. Experience in utilizing special techniques for data reduction and use of management information systems and Program Master Plans is desired. Experience as a member of and/or support the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT directed business meetings. Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254 is required. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
