Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On-going software administration of GxP applications supporting QA regulatory operations through comprehensive knowledge of the use, configuration and maintenance of TrackWise and IDEAforCON
- Maintenance of infrastructure supporting QA GxP applications including Citrix, network connectivity, backend database maintence Oracle, SQL Server, Access, etc)
- Initiate all required change control and change management process to preserve a state of control over the validated status of the applications
- Support all computerized system validation activities. Develop, review and approve controlled documents such as SOPs, Forms, Protocols, etc
- Create scripts, queries, programmatic enhancements as required
- Publish key departmental performance indicators from electronic data
- Use of decision support systems to create custom reports and management tools
- Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology with 3-5 years in database applications development and support
- An advanced degree in science or information technology is preferred
- Professional level programming, database maintenance, network infrastructure maintenance and end-use application support experience required
- A suitable combination of knowledge, skills, and experience may be considered
