Current South Carolina license, Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy). Completion of intership. One year hospital, IV and Chemotherapy experience or advanced degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D). Currently registered in the State of South Carolina. Good computer skills, IV and TPN compounding. Must be able to work every third weekend.
