Nurse Practitioner with Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Masters of Science (MS)ANCC or ACNP Board Certification in the Adult, Family or GeriatricsRegistered Nurse currently licensed in the State of South Carolina Advanced Practice Nurse currently licensed in the State of South CarolinaFederal Controlled Substance license (DEA), and State of South Carolina Controlled Substance license. Current CPR certification. Demonstrated knowledge of home care and/or hospice, palliative care, advanced directives and care planning, strong pain management knowledge base and symptom control, psychosocial, spiritual counseling and discharge planning.Three or more years of NP clinical practice with two or more years experience working in a hospice, home health agency or palliative care program. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to share on-call responsibilities as determined by Director of Palliative Care
