South Carolina Pharmacy License
Current South Carolina license, Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy). Completion of intership. One year hospital, IV and Chemotherapy experience or advanced degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D). Currently registered in the State of South Carolina. Good computer skills, IV and TPN compounding. First Shift/2nd Shift rotation with every 3rd weekend.
