Description:
Seeking outgoing individuals to work PRN (on call status) in a residential treatment environment providing guidance and intervention activities for troubled children and youth as they move toward permanent placement.
Opportunities available at the Houston TX (4950 Memorial Drive) and the Richmond TX (710 South 7th St.) locations.
Requirements/skills include:
- 1-2 years of experience in a therapeutic residential setting preferred with knowledge of crisis behavior management, child development and counseling
- CPR and First Aid certification as well as clear driving record and a valid Texas Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Youth Worker I)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in social science or related field (Youth Worker II)
