Description:
We are looking for a Case Manager to coordinate case management activities for families who have adopted children from the custody of the Texas Dept. of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) and the adoption has been finalized. Must be able to make assessments to assist families in determining appropriate services and formulating a plan of service utilizing family input.
Requirements/skills include:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with target population (TDFPS) or similar population
- Bachelor’s degree or appropriate experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to relate to diverse clients from various socio-economic levels
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills a must
