Description:
Responsibilities include:
Perform technical tax review & approval of all tax returns of any complexity
Research complex tax issues and/or direct staff
Identify issues and recommend creative solutions to complex client issues
Assume tax preparation responsibility for more complex business returns
Delegate and manage tax and research assignments to achieve accurate and efficient product
Perform administrative duties in addition to scheduling smooth system flow of tax returns
Pursue opportunities to provide additional services; pursues leads; retain clients
Maintains familiarity with staff’s qualifications, reviews assignments for appropriateness
Instruct and facilitate both internal and external training
Recruitment of new and experienced staff
Requirements include:
6-7 years national or large regional public accounting firm experience
CPA Certification
