POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Executive Recruiters / Headhunters work a full desk (recruiting and marketing) in an upbeat, supportive and collaborative environment. We love what we do and we work very hard to take care of our clients. We constantly push ourselves for greater excellence, new ideas and better methods to improve.

This is a fast paced position where you need a strong sense of urgency, are a multi-tasker and enjoy seeing a job to completion. You will need the ability to understand and motivate people. Your day will consist of cold calling to market our services to potential clients, as well as Internet research, recruitment of candidates, conducting interviews and building relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of career opportunities and talent to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Sourcing talent through multiple resources and methods (on-line sources/tools, networking, associations, employee referrals, job fairs, etc.) Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, and training about the organization and position. Screen and refers candidates.
  • Communicates regularly with HR and hiring managers on status of open positions, identifies and works through any obstacles/challenges with hard-to-fill jobs.
  • Partners with business leaders and HR to identify current and future staffing needs and facilitates full recruitment process (sourcing, screening, selection, reference checks, etc).
  • Tracks and monitors monthly performance metrics on all assigned requisitions (time to fill, time to start, etc.)
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
