Qualifications:
Must have a 4 year degree. The strong preference would be to have a Electrical Engineering degree with a MBA in business. Should have a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience. We would like you to have at least 4 years of product management experience. An Ag/Farming background would be a big plus. Another big plus would be electrical engineering design or electronic controls background and some marketing and sales experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
You will be the product manager of a very technical line for a very stable mid sized company that sells domestically and internationally primarily in the agricultural field. You will work with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive the growth of this product line. Strategic plans and vision will be your responsibility. Written and presentation skills will be needed to influence multiple departments to grow your product line.
You are the company expert and as such will have some involvement with the customer, product extensions, new product launches, and product discontinuation. A minimum time in the field for installations and some regional and national shows will be required as well.

$80-100k plus bonus
