Hi Rise Structures and New Construction Design.
Qualifications:
College Degree with an MBA a strong plus. 4+ years of Chicago architectural exposure. 5-8 years of exposure to structural design work, project management, and some sales or business development experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Propose and negotiate large projects and review and sign contracts. Develop a strong client base and generate new business. Have the ability to perform traffic studies. Make presentations to small to medium sized audiences. Create design documents, and identify improvements or additions to existing documents. Have the ability to manage people as ultimately this person will build a project team to run.

Compensation/Benefits:
$70-90k + ESOP + Bonus + 401k + Incentive. THIS IS A $120-150K POSITION.
