Qualifications:
4 year college degree or equivalent in a related field. 2 years industry experience and at least 2 years of field sales management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Staff and develop a 7+ person sales team. Manage the sales activities and performance of the team to include sales, revenue, and gross profit goals. The manager will attempt to foster a team environment, improve sales, continue customer retention programs, plan and host team meetings, and plan quarterly and fiscal year business plans.

Base + commissions, company vehicle, business expenses, and full benefits.
