Description:
Our dynamic client is seeking a Team Lead to provide leadership and support of a new workers' comp system. This includes vendor and client management, app integration development, customized functionality development, and further deployment assistance while helping users to understand how to use the software most effectively.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, CompSci, or related
2. Five years prior application development (Java) experience
3. Workers' Comp industry experience
4. Prior technical team leadership experience in design and architecture
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong customer focus
6. XML and WebSphere experience preferred
Compensation:
Up to 95K plus benefits!
