SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for performing duties relating to the maintenance of bank facilities; coordinating work within the unit or department, as well as with other departments and units; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; assisting the Facilities Manager with special projects.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
A High school diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of one (1) year related experience normally required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Basic reading, writing, and grammar skill, basic abilities relating to facilities maintenance, e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry; ability to walk, stand, reach, climb, stoop, and lift items weighing 100 lbs. or less; valid driver’s license.
