Job Summary:
The Dietary Clerk performs clerical diet office duties including, but not limited to maintaining updated patient cardexes and diet office records, preparing production forecast, collecting and editing completed patient menus, and interdepartmental communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of one (1) year experience in dietary, food service, customer service or clerical skills. Knowledge of therapeutic menus and diets beneficial.
