Qualifications:
Associates Degree is required, Bachelors Degree or 4 years equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the healthcare field preferred, Radiology experience is required.
Microsoft A+ Certification desirable.
RIS support and implementation experience is necessary, as well as familiarity with PACS and VR software.
Experience with Siemens Novius or IDX RIS a plus.
Computer proficiency required, including spreadsheets, database, graphics and queries.
Ability to handle multiple projects with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
Job Description:
The Project Analyst is responsible for guiding the selection, implementation and support for various Radiology Systems including the Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archive Communications Systems (PACS), RIS, Mammography Information System and Digital Dictation. The Project Analyst will also provide application training as needed for existing applications. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for the day to day tasks and troubleshooting of the RIS system.
