Job Location: Prince George's County, MD; and Southeast Washington, D.C.

HR Anew is a human resource consulting and professional services firm located in Columbia, Maryland. We help employers attract, hire, inspire, and retain top talent. We are currently seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our staff.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic consulting firm in a high-growth mode, supporting a large organization in the healthcare industry. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work directly with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, implement recruiting initiatives, and assist in selecting and closing candidates. As the healthcare recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting for all positions available within the organization.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting and can assist our client in filling critical vacancies within their organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong recruiting experience, healthcare recruitment experience is a definite plus.
* Must be flexible and willing to work at the clients different facilities (in Prince George's County, MD; and Southeast Washington, DC).
* Must have a proven track record in recruitment with full cycle recruiting.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work in a consultative role with hiring managers to help them solve complex recruitment challenges.
* Ability to develop creative recruitment strategies to staff hard-to-fill positions.
* Desire for career development and training in cutting-edge recruitment systems, methods, and practices.
* Ability to work independently, while also functioning as part of a team.
* Desire to impact a changing recruiting function.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
The successful candidate will be able to successfully complete a background check, and drug testing is required for this position. Relocation and interview travel expenses will not be covered for this position.
