HR Anew is currently helping a private industry and government contractor client specializing in healthcare to find you, a top notch experienced Healthcare Recruiter. The client specializes in management documentation, medical record coding, audits, training, and reimbursement solutions for government and commercial clients.
As Healthcare Recruiter you will actively recruit for non government and government/military personnel for healthcare and medical positions including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical record coders, certified nursing assistants, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare related positions. This is a full time position.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience with a proven track-record of tapping hidden markets; have the able to build successful relationships with all internal and external customers/clients; a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, communications, or related field; prior experience with government contracting and Department of Defense specifications desired; and the ability to travel overnight 20% of the time.
