Customer Service Administrative Assistant

Our client, a rapidly growing Lettershop/Directmail organization serving the Mid-Atlantic Region located in Arbutus, Maryland, is looking for a professional Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join their Customer Service team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff member
  • General administrative office duties as assigned, including filing, typing, copying, etc.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing materials, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a professional appearance and positive demeanor when interacting with others over the telephone or in person.
  • Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
