Our client, a rapidly growing Lettershop/Directmail organization serving the Mid-Atlantic Region located in Arbutus, Maryland, is looking for a professional Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join their Customer Service team.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff member
- General administrative office duties as assigned, including filing, typing, copying, etc.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing materials, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have a professional appearance and positive demeanor when interacting with others over the telephone or in person.
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
