This is an immediate need; located in Wichita, Kansas; full time, direct positions.

Responsibilities:
Support the Project Planning and Control Department in Product Development for a new program.
Provide operational leadership to Integrated Product Development Team through entire product development cycle, from initial concept through design development, First Article Production and Flight, Flight Testing and ultimately Entry into Service.
Apply advanced project management, system engineering and product development principles and techniques to achieve concurrency in the design and production cycle.
Preparation, maintenance, and analysis of detailed schedules, IPDT and Supplier integration and interface with multiple departments.
Support the development and maintenance of budgets, support technical and program risk management planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in engineering, Industrial Technology, Business or closely related discipline
PMP Certification
5 years aviation experience
Proven Project/Program management
Be able to create a dynamic and fun team atmosphere with exceptional interpersonal skills.
