Job Details:
-HS diploma or GED required.
-5-7 years of previous experience required.
-Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Job Duties:
Direct supervision of carpenters, cabinetmakers, and painters in providing general maintenance and project sevices for the Medical Center. Develop, organize, and implement plans, manage computerized maintenance management system, approve and schedule work, recommend capital equipment for upgrades and capital renewal, prepare cost estimates, review contractor bids and recommend contractors, develop/improve operational practices and procedures, monitor performance of shops and achieve high levels of productivity, strive for service excellence, personnel functions.
