Job Summary:
Experienced Sr. Validation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced senior validation engineer with fill-finish experience to join our top-notch team and provide support to clients in the South San Franciso, CA and Hillsboro, OR area and potentially across the country.

Core Competencies:
*Manage biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical validation projects of varying scope and complexity
*Provide mentoring and support to staff pharmaceutical engineers
*Consult with clients regarding technical approaches to projects
*Develop Masterplans, Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification protocols
*Execute approved protocols and coordinate with other functional departments
*Analyze the qualification data with respect to pre-defined acceptance criteria
*Generate and resolve protocol discrepancies or deviations, as appropriate
*Develop final protocol reports
*Develop and maintain internal quality systems and procedures

Job Skills/Requirements
Qualifications:
BS degree or higher in related Engineering or Scientific discipline, or significant related experience
Minimum 3-10 years' industry experience related to validation, cleaning validation and GMP drug manufacture
Experience managing projects and personnel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products
WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL
