Primary Duties
Under general direction, develops and implements speech pathology treatment programs for treatment of communication and swallowing disorders for pediatric through geriatric patients. Plans treatment programs based on individual patient needs identified by thorough evaluation. Instructs patients, families and caregivers in communication skills and safe swallowing techniques. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited speech-language pathology program; successful completion of required internship training; successful completion of requirements for Certification of Clinical Competency as defined by The American Speech and Hearing Association.
