Drain Cleaning Technician
Job Location: Springdale, AR
Products/Services:
Plumbing Service
Qualifications: (Education/Experience) Required:
5 years of drain cleaning experience. Experience with Jetter machine preferred. Must be a motivated, be clean cut individual with good customer relations. Willing to work overtime and "On Call" hours. A current plumbing license a plus. Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers from the initial call through completion and collection from cash customers. Evaluate stoppage issues and causes with the ability to quote repairs and recommend corrective actions. Must deal with numerous industrial customers and be willing to accommodate production schedules. Communicate and coordinate with dispatch and billing departments. Maintain equipment and truck to keep things in good working order. Occasional confined space work with premium pay
