O'Neal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for our Greenville, SC corporate office. This role will plan, develop, and implement marketing plans to identify and secure design & construction project opportunities with Fortune 500 clients. The Marketing Manager will focus on key initiatives including: Researching and identifying business opportunities with domestic and international clients; Providing analysis and forecasting for both existing and new markets; Supporting the sales group with proposal development and account management; Developing company branding, sales tools, and collateral materials; Creating and positioning Public Relations items in appropriate venues.
This position requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience with marketing professional services. Exposure to facility design & construction and prior marketing leadership experience is required. Advanced presentation, public relations, technical writing, and research skills are a must.
