Brief Description
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician ? SR (Pipeline Operator) for our Overland Pass Pipeline located in the Meeker, Colorado area.
Detailed Description
Responsible for daily operations and maintenance tasks on natural gas liquids systems including right- of- way, piping, pigging facilities, injection sites and booster stations
Perform periodic audits of operations on pipeline system for compliance. Perform regulatory required activities on the pipeline system.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Critical decision making skills; ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently
Experience reading and interpreting regulations, maps, blueprints, etc
Ability to access and/or perform basic computer functions utilizing company software applications
Applicant must reside within 60 minutes of key facilities and be available for on-call status during the week and rotating during the weekends and holidays
Knowledge of natural gas liquids pipeline operations, including hydraulics, valve and pump operations, measurement facilities and practices preferred
Knowledge of regulation CFR 49 Part 195 and NCCER Operator Qualified Preferred
Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, lift 30 pounds, be able to use proper personal protective equipment where required on job sites and have a valid driver's license
