Job Description:
Sales professionals with property and casualty insurance experience and desire to grow own book of business and who enjoy community involvement can enjoy high earnings potential while being an employee-owner with large ESOP independent insurance agency with a 26 year success record of growth and community recognition, 16 branch locations, and over 200 employee-owners. High degree of professionalism and knowledge of Florida insurance markets is a must. Florida 2-20 Insurance Licensing is required and designations of CIC or CPCU would be a plus for positions along with working knowledge of Applied. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced structured environment that is goal driven. Proven stability and history of previous sales success must be provided. Must have the ability to market accounts and meet deadlines with prompt follow up to clients to exceed client expectations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Requirements:

Must desire a career, not a job to be successful. Pride in work performed is a daily requirement. Positions require strong computer skills as well as communication skill competencies, both verbal and written. Must be able to handle fast-paced environment and high work volume. Top commissions commensurate with experience and ability to meet production goals with added bonus incentives. Insurance knowledge of property and casualty is required with appropriate insurance licensing.
