Prime Dynamics Technology Group, LLC, a full service technology firm is looking to hire at least two experienced individuals for the position of Sales/Marketing Professional. This is a key position and of key value for the growth of our firm. These positions will be filled by individuals who can demonstrate having the experience and professionalism needed to work in a true team oriented environment and interact flawlessly across departments such as: System Administration/Implementation, Programming/Development, Sales/Marketing and Management Staff.
The duties of the selected individuals will be:
* Generate new business/clients for the firm.
* Meet with current clients and prospective clients to gather their needs and requirements.
* Document requirements and generate proposals using departmental staff members as supplemental resources of information as well as company vendors and affiliates.
* Some project management and/or account executive style followup may be required.
Qualifications:
* You must posses real world experience in the sales process of at least one of the following areas to be considered for the position.
* Application Development (Web or Desktop)
* Infrastructure and network maintenance design and implementation processes.
* E-commerce development and/or hosting
* Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity planning plans and processes.
* Staff Augmentation for infrastructure and/or application development.
Salary/Compensation:
The selected individuals will be well compensated through a base/commission, draw/commission or commission only pay structure choices or options. Your experience, skills and performance will eventually dictate your pay rate destiny.
Bonuses when being considered for the positions:

Having an existing book of business or client base to quickly convert to Prime Dynamics Clients.
