Associate Geotechnical Engineer
Job Location: Huntsville, Alabama / Stockbridge, Georgia
Description:
Individuals must have an E.I. and have at least 2 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
Responsibilities include the following:
-Execute assigned projects and tasks
-Supervise routine field work performed by technicians or drill crews
-Manage small projects, including the coordination of support staff
-Participates in more complex projects.
- Candidates must hold a BS or higher degree from an ABET accredited engineering college in civil/geotechnical engineering.
- Success-driven engineer with at least 2 years experience.
- Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and be on track to become a registered P.E.
- A working knowledge of the conditions and engineering requirements in the geographic area.
- Must have good communication and people skills.
- Have ability to continue to successfully build the branch office.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or be registered to work in the U.S.
