These individuals will be largely responsible for implementing Lean manufacturing programs and principles throughout the companies manufacturing plants spread throughout the US. The company will consider 2+ plus years of Kaizen related project work to include training of Lean coordinators. Initially the travel will be up to 70% for 18 to 24 months. After that the job will be more centrally located with corporate responsibility.
