Requirements:
* BS in Accounting/Finance. MBA or CPA preferred.
* 5-15 years experience in similar roles preferably including experience in plant operation environment.
* Excellent communication and strong analytical skills required along with excellent computer skills.
* Experience with Oracle a plus.
* Must have proven leadership skills and must be critical thinking/forward thinking and results oriented.
Responsibilities:
* General ledger and month-end close, financial statement preparation and reporting.
* ASAT/SOX activities, review accuracy of testing and completeness of documentation.
* Accountable for accurate standard costs and annual review process, inventory costing and absorption testing, and accuracy of TPS (product profitability) data.
* Supervise finance/accounting staff and plant information technology staff, developing annual objectives, succession planning and cross training (Performance Management System).
* Coordinate and complete annual operating plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts for plant.
* Accurate, timely completion of RFAs (capital requests for funds) and post project reviews.
