Qualifications:
BS Degree in engineering such as Industrial, Structural Design, Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
Knowledgeable of the principles of Lean Manufacturing with application experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in senior management role will be a key evaluation criteria.
Experience in metals fabrication and welding procedures required.
Certification in Six Sigma preferred.
