Our client is a Global Manufacturer with operations in 160 countries throughout the world. We are seeking an HR professional that will provide support and guidance to a major business unit. Initiatives will be major project planning, assess the HR implications of various business strategies, council functional professional groups for compliance of all relevant local, state, federal guidelines. Participate in the design, development, installation and maintenance of performance management systems and compensation programs for their assigned business/functional organizations.
Will have responsibility for administration of foreign nationals and ex pat employee programs.
Promotional opportunities to International assignments is relevant for this position.
Basic requirements include:
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of seven years experience in personnel administration, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, staffing, legal employment requirements - or a related Masters degree with five yrs related experience.
* Experience with an Global company that includes International HR relations. Actual International work experience preferred along with any foreign language skills.
