Job Summary:
- This position reports to member of ownership group. Responsible for sales and marketing of this major manufacturer of valves primarily in the domestic market.
- Establish and maintain three (3) tiered sales channels.
- Hire and train new sales force of both inside and outside sales reps.
- Oversee daily operations of inventory, purchasing and supply chain management.
- This position is primarily sales/ marketing oriented.
- Valves manufactured are gate, globe, check, floating, ball, butterfly and others.
Skills Required:
MUST HAVE sales and marketing management experience.
MUST BE a leader and motivator.
Ideal would be someone with both downstream and upstream experience.
Need to be able to work with others and to mediate and solve conflicts with team and peers.
Compensation/Benefits:
Base salary $175K or more with incentive to make package $200K+.
