Wages
Base rate of $10.65/hour. In addition, we pay Performance and Sales Bonuses ranging between 5% and 15% of your annual earnings.
Job Description
Candidates will actively build relationships by servicing and selling RCU's full line of financial services in person, over the phone, or in writing while processing Member transactions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.
Required Skills
* Must be compassionate and truly enjoy assisting people with problems and finding solutions to their needs
* Must have excellent customer service skills
* Good typing and computer keyboard skills required
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to maintain positive working relationship with Members and co-workers
* Ability to exhibit composure, patience and poise when dealing with difficult situations involving Members and/or co-workers
* Ability to learn, retain, and recall information very quickly
* Must be able to identify and develop sales opportunities among existing and prospective Members
* Ability to commit to working at RCU for a minimum of 2 years due to our extensive training program
* Must be able and willing to work in an Eau Claire Branch during the construction of the Menomonie Branch
Training is typically 8:30 AM – 5 PM for 4 weeks prior to starting the normal schedule
