Job Description
You would be promoting RCU's services to present and potential business Members. Assisting the Senior Vice President of Business Loans in the development of RCU's Business Loan Portfolio by ensuring quality service for existing Members and actively soliciting new business.
Required Skills
* 10 years experience in a commercial lending department with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Loan Officer
* Knowledge of laws and regulations governing business and consumer lending practices as well as collection prodcedures
* Knowledge of business financial analysis, and the ability to analyze information and make sound loan decisions
* Excellent problem solving ability
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Bachelors degree in either Accounting or Finance
Preferred Skills
* Proven successful management of a Business Loan portfolio in excess of 40 Million
* Supervisory experience is helpful
* A minimum of 7 years experience as a Business Loan Officer
* Experience preparing and presenting reports to Board Members, Loan Committee Members, or other Employee groups
* Continued education and training on changes in Business Lending practices
