Job Summary:
This Corporate role will be responsible for supporting a number of unionized manufacturing operations around the country and will be heavily involved in contract negotiations over the next 3-4 years. We are looking for a proactive HR professional with 6+ years experience in managing arbitrations, mediations, grievances as well as preferably, someone who has sat first chair at negotiations at least once. This role has a great long term career track.
Experience: 6+ years labor relations experience
Education: BS, MS preferred
