Job Summary:
This progressive multi site distributor needs a HR Leader with a progressive track record of working with remote leadership advising on both people and business issues. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a Fortune 500 company with exposure and experience in leadership development, succession planning, od/oe, performance management as well creating a positive employee relations environment. For those of you who have never been through Meridian, MS, it is a beautiful area, good shopping, excellent schools and just a few hours from the beach.
