Job Summary:
This growing manufacturing division needs an HR leader with 6+ years experience as a generalist with 3+ years of union and labor relations experience. This is a great opportunity for someone to sit in on upcoming negotiations and get hands on contract negotiation experience. Masters degree is preferred however a progressive work history in a progressive Fortune 500 environment is more important. This is a stepping stone role and may involve relocation in 3 to 4 years for promotion.
