A very profitable Southwestern, Ohio client with continually growing sales has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find qualified candidates for their Design Engineer positions.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have 3D CAD and GD&T experience. They must understand load and stack ups, load stresses, part tolerancing, etc… Our client is looking for candidates with experience developing capital equipment, electro-mechanical controls or products with complex mechanisms. Experience in FEA (Cosmos preferred), FMEA and failure analysis is a must; skills in CFD, DFMA and DOE a plus. We are also looking for candidates with good communication skills, who are driven for success, with the ability to work in fast pace environment, and who have an understanding of time deadlines. A minimum of a BS in Mechanical Engineering (BSMET will not be considered) is required. Experience in several of these areas is a plus: Design for Six-Sigma (DFSS) design concepts, analytical methods, manufacturing methods, stainless steels, welding, sheet metal, plastics, and fluid flow. Experience with designing large, custom equipment or systems vs. component level design is also considered a plus.
