Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc, a premier executive level search and recruiting firm, has partnered with a Southwestern, Ohio client to help them find qualified candidates for their Electrical Systems Engineer position.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a 4 year degree with practical experience, more in the area of a systems engineer where they will make changes to the product. However, a 2 year degree may be considered with the right experience. This is not a design job; candidates will be making recommendations to improve products. Products consist of 3 phase power and some control. This position is more electrical then electronics. Candidates must be willing to travel, some internationally (minimal). Candidates with a Controls background are considered a plus.
