Description:
An expanding Multi-billion dollar company in southwest Ohio has partnered with Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc. to find candidates for their program manager of IR products.
Requirements:
To qualify candidates will have program management experience including coordinating and interfacing with multi-functional groups, setting up budgets, master schedules and working with customers. Candidates must be able to calculate earned value on projects. Exposure to design and development with military or defense related organizations is preferred. Good internal and external communication skills required. Candidates must have experience with coordinating and directing multi-disciplined engineers and various functional areas on project completion. Experience in thermal imaging systems, infrared, or electro-optics is a plus. An active security clearance is also considered a plus
